Q. What happened to my Free Play and other offers during the closure?
A. Any previous Free Play, Dining or similar offers you may have received that expired during our closure will not be available for redemption. New offers will be issued based on your most recent qualified play, and other factors which may include social distancing limitations and occupancy limits.

Q. What will happen to my Players Club Tier Status Points?
A. We will postpone Tier downgrades until January 1, 2021. Your Players Club Tier Status Points will not expire and will be extended by the length of our closure.

Q. Will my Historical Racing Machine (HRM) Points or Comp Dollars expire?
A. No. If any available HRM Points or Comp Dollar balances you had expired during our closure, they will be made available once we reopen. Visit the Players Club upon reopening for assistance.

Q. What happens to my drawings entries?
A. All drawing promotions scheduled during our closure date have been canceled. However, entries you may have earned for a canceled drawing will be added to a future drawing or promotion once we can offer such a promotion.

Q. What will happen to my birthday promotion?
A. Qualifying guests will have this promotion available to them for up to 30 days after re-opening.

Q. Are you currently serving alcoholic beverages?
A. Currently, Center Bar is closed & alcohol service is suspended until December 13th at Midnight.

Q. Are Lil’ Wagners & Railbirds still open?
A. Yes, but we are only offering Carry-Out orders at this time.

Q. Will I be able to eat my Carry-Out order inside the building?
A. No, but we will have designated outdoor dining areas available for our guests (social distancing required).

Q. Can you smoke at Derby City Gaming?
A. Not at this time, however, we do have designated outdoor smoking areas available for our guests.
